Waterman Expert I Fountain Pen, Gloss Blue with 23k Gold Trim

I received this as a gift from a French business contact in the 1990’s.
I have never used it, so it is in the original gift box.
After checking it out on line I determined it was a
Waterman Expert I Fountain Pen.
It has a silver nib (F on the bottom) and a blue ink cartridge that has never been installed.
I guess some folks think this is superior to the newer II and III.
It needs to be passed along to someone who will use and appreciate it.
It is in as perfect condition, even though there is lint that show up in some of the pictures.
