Offered for your consideration is a Waterman 52 Black Chased Hard Rubber fountain pen that is new stock and never filled. Dipped for the writing sample.
The rubber is shiny and the imprints are both crisp. Still some red wax in the number on the butt end. The original paper price band, though a tad faded, is still affixed to the barrel. Paper band states “.75 Med.”
really just as ice as can be for a 100 year old specimen.
There is a new sac in the pen and it is taking in water but no further testing has been done. Therefore, the pen may need some tweaking by you or your pen repair professional.
The nib is a Medium with good flex allowing for some good line variation. (See writing sample).
