Vintage Waterman's Ideal Fountain Pen, Made in USA. Blue marble color. Body is made of a plastic/celluloid material. Body says "Waterman's Made in USA." Nib says "Waterman's Ideal 14 KT." The pocket clip looks to be 14kt gold as well. The pen looks to be in good physical condition but it is untested and being sold as is.
