Arthur Waterman Antique Fountain Pen 14K Gold Nib AS IS FOR PARTS Very POOR condition
There are ample scratches on the black plastic. There is a melted spot on the barrel. There is a crack in the cap. The barrel has a monogram on it. The nib is broken at the tip. Selling for parts because I do not know what, if anything, will work on the pen.  Please see all the photographs.
