Antique WATERMAN'S IDEAL CLIP-CAP No. 14 Fountain Pen Red Ripple Color with WATERMAN’S MANIFOLD Nib - SELLING AS IS - UNTESTED! Pen Body is Signed “WATERMAN'S IDEAL FOUNTAIN PEN N.Y. PAT’D MAY 23, 1899 & AUG 4, 1903 USA”. The End of the Pen is Signed “14”. The Clip is Signed “CLIP-CAP IDEAL PAT. APR. 19.10 SEPT. 28-C3”. Nib is Signed “MANIFOLD WATERMAN'S REG. US PAT. OFF.”.
The Nib is dirty/discolored. The Clip is Tarnished/Dirty. The Piece that unscrews from the pen has a hole in the bottom(see closeup) I don’t know if that’s supposed to be there or not. Visually I don’t see any damage to the pen body and cap. Please ZOOM IN and study pictures carefully for the best description of the pen and to determine cosmetic condition for yourself.
